ABOUT THE CLINIC

 

The Gower Physiotherapy Clinic was established in May 2002 by Mary Griffiths, a Chartered Physiotherapist who is registered with the health professions council. 

 

Mary is a very experienced physiotherpist. She trained at Guys Hospital, London. Since then she has worked in London and Leeds in stroke rehabilitation. She has also worked in the field of respiratory physiotherapy.

 

Before setting up the private practice, she worked in Swansea in the physiotherapy out patient department treating muscular skeletal conditions. She also set up a small physiotherapy department in Natal, South Africa.

 

The Clinic is located in Bishopston, a small village on the edge of the Gower peninsula, near Swansea. It is fully equipped with an up-to-date treatment room.

 

The Gower Physiotherapy Clinic is one of the few clinics which also offers home visits.
